About the Aquapax 1000L Water Pod

The Aquapax 1000L Water Pod is 1000L of safe, pristine Perth spring water, easily transportable to any location. They weigh 1000kg and come on a standard 1165×1165 non-returnable pallet, which means logistics, transport and storage don’t require any special handling options. Our proprietary packaging technology protects the water from direct air contact and sunlight, keeping pollutants at bay. We guarantee it to be safe drinking water for two years.

The 1000L Water Pod is tough enough to sit outside exposed to the elements, it can be directly connected to our drinking station to chill and dispense icy-cold water for consumption. It’s the perfect supply for filling coolers and water bottles or alternatively, it can be pumped into a crib room or other site structure. The 1000L Water Pod is a modular component that can be used as part of a complete on-site safe bulk drinking water solution. The single-use system means there is no need for two-way shipping and the associated expense, this reduces your project’s carbon footprint and saves a truckload of work.

How Water Pods Work

Step 1 - Uncover the Nozzle

Slice the clear film and peel it back to uncover the nozzle. Cut the cable ties off and remove the cap to have full access to the tap.

Step 2 - Screw in an adaptor fitting

The valve outlet is a 20mm (3/4 inch) female BSP thread. Using the appropriate fitting for your application, apply a few laps of thread seal tape and screw the fitting in place.

Step 3 - Attach Hose

Attach the appropriate hose or pipework for your application, ensuring a tight fit.

Step 4 - Link to Pump

The pod can then be linked to a constant-pressure drinking water pump. Or, to one of our Rehydration Stations that has an inbuilt pump.

By creating a simple manifold, multiple pods can be linked together.
