Bespoke Safety and Drinking solutions for a Hydro Station

Aquapax Client Case Study

Client required a mobile Hydro Station to allow for the fluctuations in personnel numbers throughout the site.

The client also faced:

  • Insufficient emergency shower and eye wash stations throughout the site.
  • Insufficient infrastructure to meet the growing drinking water demands as the site expanded.

Required the product to:

  • Be rated and have the ability to be moved with a forklift/telehandler/all-terrain machine.
  • Be able to utilise with an independent, portable water source.

Aquapax provided consultation and engineering services and developed a bespoke designed Emergency Hydro Station which met all requirements stipulated by the client.

The Emergency Hydro Station is all Australian Standard compliant and able to rely on our Aquapax 1000L Drinking Water Units as a sole water supply. It is portable and incorporates our Rehydration Drinking Station (water fountain), an Ice Making Machine and an Emergency Shower and Eye Wash Station with an Emergency Lighting and back to base Usage Alarm. The station is signed and highly visible. It has a braced, heavy duty frame, and is skid mounted with rated lifting points for ease of transportation and site portability.
